| • Code 01 : Candidates appearing in Class 12th (10+2) in 2026 with result awaited. • Code 02 : Higher/Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English. • Code 03 : Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science with PCB & English from an Indian University/Board. • Code 04 : Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology & English. • Code 05 : First year of 3-year Degree Course (B.Sc) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. • Code 06 : Passed B.Sc. | Important Instructions for NEET UG 2026 | |||||||
| • Aadhaar Card : Aadhaar authentication / ID proof is compulsory for filling the NEET UG application form. • Photo Guidelines : Live photo capture along with uploaded clear Passport Size and 4×6 Postcard Size Photo with white background (both ears clearly visible). Candidate’s name and photo taken date (after 01/01/2026) must be printed on the photograph. • Counselling Registration : Qualified candidates must register on the MCC portal for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and respective state portals for 85% State Quota seats. | |||||||
